Happy Halloween!

Nothing like trick or treating in Michigan!  It was cold and rainy again this year...seems to be a pattern.  Thankfully, we had 2 indoor venues for my little poodles.

We met our cousins; Addie, Eden, Lena and Ruby, at Trunk or Treat at my father-in-laws church.

Can't keep this puppy out of her treat bag!
Then we went to visit GiGi and grandpa at grandpa's rehab facility...when we walked in we found more cousins!!!
Trying to get 10 littles to look at one camera...impossible!

Surprise Gi-gi!
Grandpa showing off his new pumpkin dressing
Hey, what'd you get in your bag?

Winn & Wren (mermaids) 3 1/2; Witt (waldo) 2, Eden (cheerleader) 5 1/2, K&K (poodles) 2, Addie (elsa) 7
Finn (spiderman) 5, Lena (Elsa) 2 1/2 and baby Ruby 5 months...phew!
Love this!

Enjoying fall weather!

We have just had some beautiful fall days lately!  Today, I took the girls to a new park and then after dinner Joe and I walked the golf course.  And since I can't figure out why the golf pictures keep posting on top, they're coming first.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
And they're off
Kenzie was so into the golfing...

sinking her first putt!

Khloe, however, was interested in everything except golfing...
the tee balls...sorry Watermark grounds crew
Taking daddy's golf ball
playing in the bunkers, again, sorry grounds crew

How we roll!

Seriously my favorite combo!!!

I just LOVE this girl!!!
They were having so much fun!
Until...momma, icky...i poop.  And so our park fun was over.

We flew home, picked up a pizza, cleaned up Kenzie, ate our pizza, loaded back up the car and headed to the golf course.

Making the most of 33...

As I mentioned a post or few ago, I was going to start finding places for everything in my house.  When I was in the Apples of Gold class a few years ago, one of the apples made the comment that your home should be a place where guests could stop by at any time and you could invite them right in.  I'll admit, my house hasn't been guest ready for a while...ever.
Anyways, yesterday as I was unloading the dishwasher and Kayla was doing her best to get into everything I prayed that I would be a better home maker.  Then last night I was talking with a good friend and she was saying how she really felt called to keep her home organized and orderly.  I'm not type A, nor will I ever be, but I can keep a home.  So you readers, are going to keep my accountable...

look, the flash even shines in the drip plates :)
this ones for you mom..clean counters

Now for what you really all look for...the cutest girls ever!
Picnic lunches with Little Einsteins!
Mom, they tried to jump of the plate.  But don't worry, I caught 'em.
See...
Nothing is safe from my go-go gadget arms
Don't worry, I kept my eye on her the whole time!

Children's Museum and Pizza Ranch Date!

After being locked up in the house all last week with colds, I decided it was time to get back out again.  With the weather being cool and windy today we decided to head to the Children's Museum.  Yes, I realize that 3 2 and under is going to be a blast on a cool, windy day at the Children's Museum, but we needed an out and we went to the gym yesterday.  Thankfully, we hit a good day/time.  It wasn't very busy!!!
I got this mom, I can hold all 12 balls...
See, piece of cake!
Half of the main level is set up as a Lil' Grand Rapids.  They have a Meijer, gas station, mechanic shop, bank...it's super cute!
They even have free Sandy rides!

Kayla was a rock star!!!  We let her manage the frozen foods section ;)
Working the conveyor belt and cash register
By far her favorite section of the grocery store...at least she takes after mom some how!
Her predictions for the big game this weekend!
So much fun!
Khloe does so well with these little set ups, she loves to color and did really well putting the marker back each time.

My little engineer

And my free spirited musician!

After the museum we stopped at Pizza Ranch for a little lunch and lots of messes.

Really mom, did you really just tell her she could feed me?  I am not thrilled...not one bit!
I'll take that, I can do that one MYSELF
