Trick or treat!

Let me start by saying happy reformation day!  Now, since we aren't going out for Halloween this year, I thought I'd take a few pictures of the girls in their outfits.  They were such champs, even though the hoods kept falling over their faces and it was rather warm inside their fleece suits.  Here are the cutest tiger and cow you've ever seen...

Taking out the 9 month clothes already!!

These girls are growing like weeds!  Khloe fits into the next size clothes for about 3 weeks and then she's too long again!  I've made her wear 6 months outfits for as long as I could, mostly because Kenzie can wear them now too and they were able to match for a little while.  This morning I told her that she couldn't wear her giraffe outfit from Aunt Tami any longer because her little toes are scrunched and she can hardly straighten her legs out.  Let's just say she wasn't too happy about that.

Kenzie thought it rather funny, hers will fit for some time yet.

But thanks to 'grandma' Sandy, they have a few outfits without feet that they'll be able to wear for a while.

What is success?

Success comes in all shapes and sizes.  You might have success on the field or in the office, but around here, success is defined as 2 pairs of eyes closed at the same time (hopefully for longer than 20 minutes).  Today was/is a success...

Aaahhh, what  to do?  Laundry, dishes, clean?  For some reason, I just can't seem to get through my list.  Happy Thursday!

October weather!

We have been taking full advantage of the beautiful October weather.  It's been in the mid-70's for the last week and a half.  The girls and I celebrated my 31st birthday on Monday, not nearly as bad as 25 or 30 especially with 2 adorable girls to care for.  Loving life over here!  Kenzie surprised me by sleeping from 12a-6a on Wednesday night.  Khloe still woke up every 3 hours, but it was only a 30 minute awake time instead of and hour and 15-30 minutes.  Here are a few shots from the week:

 We took a stroller ride on Thursday, all the way to Cascade Park (it's about a 3 mile hike, roundtrip).  The weather was 75 and pure blue skies and sun.  You couldn't beat it.  So thankful they LOVE their stroller!

Another happy morning with Kenzie

I have to be fair with my picture taking, so Kenzie doesn't feel left out.  Once these girls are fed in the morning, they are certainly happy campers for a while.

Good Morning!

This face makes me forget that I haven't slept in the past 10 weeks and that I wake up every 2-2 1/2 hours to change and feed these girls.  Love them to pieces!
