Picture aftermath

Talking about personalities in the last post, I just had to laugh when I heard so much giggling coming from the family room...here is what I found:

After looking at the pictures, I have decided that this may be much easier with 2 people.  By the time I'd get boots on, girls in position, camera turned back on (because it took us so long to get set), one of them was already on the move.  I just couldn't resist trying on our new Thanksgiving dresses and boots!

I don't know where Kenzie went, I promise!

I just LOVE these girls!  They have such happy personalities and love exploring.  They are 15 months old today, time has gone so fast.  Happy Fall!

Just call me Laura Ingalls Wilder

These dresses remind me of Little House on the Prairie.  I'm not sure if it's the length of them or the style, I absolutely think they are adorable.  The only thing missing is a white bonnet :)

Taking Cat and the Hat to visit our neighbors

Khloe is our little explorer, her mind is always going thinking of where to go next.

The girls are almost 15 months old!  They are both great at following directions (unless it's time to come inside, then they bolt in different directions as fast as they can).  They know what it means to 'throw it in the trash', 'go down the stairs', 'find daddy', 'love Maddie and eachother'.  When I get them dressed and undress they know to push arms through sleeves and pull them out, to step out of their pant legs, where shoes are suppose to go- and they'll bring you your's so you know its time we should go outside :)  They both know what the potty is, Khloe has gone a few times and Kenzie, well, she just likes to sit on it to be like Khloe.  They still have 4 bottles a day and love to eat almost all solid foods.  I can't imagine life without them and still can't imagine life with 1 more.  It's about to get exciting 9 1/2 weeks to go!

It's mommy's birthday month so we are planning to celebrate all month long!!!  And a happy hump day to all!

Klepto...

One of Khloe's favorite drawers to get into is the pop drawer.  In the past, she has always taken out 1 or 2 and just walked around with them.  However, today was a different story...

I was getting their dinner warmed up and I turned around to find her toy cupboard being filled up with pop cans.  She was stacking them neatly on top of the Little People house.  I just LOVE this girl!

On a different note, the girls personalities have really begun to show.  Khloe is definitely my little explorer.  She has emptied most drawers, cupboards, shelves, toy bins...basically anything she can get her sticky hands on.  Kenzie usually follows her and tries shutting the cupboard doors, picking up what is taken out and hiding it or copying Khloe.

There is nothing but love between these two.  This past week, if one of them is crying the other will bring a pacifier or blankie to try and help.  It is one of the cutest things I have ever seen.  Hoping to get it on video soon.  They also share incredibly well with one another.  If one has a toy that the other one wants, I always make her wait her turn.  But if I say that we have to share with our sister, they will offer up toys, snacks, pipes, etc.
