Khloe's little trick

Khloe is definitely a wiggle worm.  Her latest trick is getting out of her bouncy seat and swing...don't worry, Joe was right next to her.

New toys!

This past weekend our power went out...no fun.  It wouldn't have been so bad, but we have a well, meaning we have no water :(  So we packed up the girls and headed for my grandma's condo.  It had heat and water and just happens to be a storage unit for my cousins and siblings baby "extras".  We found 2 jumparoos!!!  So excited!  Here's Khloe enjoying her new toy.

Not ready for this!

Just a short little post...so I put Kenzie on her tummy and went to get Khloe out of her crib.  When I got back, she was on her back!??!  What in the world, my girls are growing up.  I'll try and get it on video for you.  Happy Friday!

Life is busy...but we find time to relax!

We are starting to get a little bit of a schedule down.  The girls usually get up between 6-7am.  I will try and get a video of our mornings for you.  If they are both awake, they just talk away in their crib.  I love happy babies!  Plus, they are only waking once each during the night...yay girls!!  That leaves for one very happy and somewhat rested mama.  They have also started taking a morning nap around 10:30am.  However, if we miss the morning nap, they don't usually nap the rest of the day.  That's when things like this happen:

And...they're out!  They may not look alike, but sure sleep the same.

Never too early...

I just love being a mom!  But before these beautiful girls, I was a teacher and I'll always hold teaching dear to my heart.  So, I start them early!  Joe thinks I'm a little crazy when I read to them, but it's so good for them.  Never to young to learn how fun books can be!
